Nio Play Complaints & Payout Disputes

1 published complaint: 1 unresolved (1 no response).

Is Nio Play still operating?

No. The website still renders as a working casino, but every request it makes to its own back end fails — re-tested 2026-07-31, the live socket returns a server-unavailable error and the login route returns a 404. It is a cached storefront with nothing behind it, and has been since at least June 2026.

Does Nio Play pay out?

Not any more. The 1 complaint on record came from a Wisconsin player locked out of an account after qualifying to redeem about $80, with the operator's published support address bouncing every message. Redemption is now impossible for anyone, because sign-in itself no longer works.

Can I still deposit at Nio Play?

No, and that is the one protective side of the outage — the coin-purchase catalog fails to load along with everything else, so no new money can go in. The risk is to balances already on the platform, which are stranded while the back end stays down.

What should I do if Nio Play owes me money?

Document your balance, redemption requests and any support messages. The operator of record is Nio Consolidated LLC in Bakersfield, California, so a payment-provider dispute and complaints to the FTC and your state Attorney General are the realistic routes. The site itself no longer offers a working channel.
