Mrs Maple is a new sweepstakes social casino operated by Maple Lounge Inc. It uses the familiar dual-currency setup — Maple Coins for free play, Sweeps Coins for prize play — behind a large advertised library of 900-plus slots and instant-win games. Despite the maple-leaf branding, play is limited to U.S. residents 18 and older, and the site excludes an unusually wide list of 25 states. Each monthly sweepstakes runs on a calendar-month cycle.
Independent coverage is still thin — Mrs Maple has no meaningful Trustpilot presence and little third-party review history yet. Encouragingly, we are beginning to see early reports from players who have been paid on their redemptions. It is still early days and not yet a settled track record, but it is a good initial sign, and we will keep watching as more redemption evidence accumulates.

This is a case where the complaint record ended up telling a better story than its opening chapter did. A $1,000 redemption filed on July 21 sat in processing for seven days and was then met with a message telling the player that Sweeps Coins were unavailable in his region, a restriction that surfaced only once the balance was ready to leave. In a single thread in our community on July 31, three separate members described redemption problems here, one of them a $1,000 request unilaterally reduced to $572 on a claim of reward farming.
What happened after that is the part that matters. The support desk sent only a holding notice, but the operator's wider team engaged properly and stayed engaged for two weeks. They explained the login block as a geolocation issue, which the player independently confirmed. They raised a reward-farming allegation, and when we asked for the dates, the session references and the specific term relied on, they went back to their teams, could not substantiate it, and withdrew it. On August 12 they agreed to pay the outstanding balance by bank transfer as a goodwill resolution, since the player had self-excluded and could no longer reach his account. The transfer was slow and needed a chase. It landed on August 18 and the player confirmed receipt the same day. All $1,000 is accounted for, and at our request the self-exclusion was left standing so he never had to log back in to be paid.
One resolved case is not a settled track record, and the community reports of reduced redemptions have not been tested. The sensible approach here is still to redeem in smaller amounts rather than build a large balance, and to document every request from submission through to payment. That is what made this case winnable: the player kept his evidence. If a redemption is reduced, delayed or refused, report it to us.
