Our published complaint count is 1: a $6,648.89 balance zeroed two days after three purchases showed as approved on Mojogo's own screen, with a pending redemption canceled at the same time. The player was given at least five different explanations in eight days, two of which cannot both be true, and his bank statement contradicts the last of them. Mojogo did not answer our questions.
The case we hold ended with no payout. Mojogo refunded the player's three purchases unprompted two weeks later while stating the refund was not an acknowledgment that the transactions were invalid, and the rest of the balance was never addressed. If you play there, keep your own record of every purchase confirmation, because the operator's account of what was approved changed repeatedly.
