As part of a July 2026 operator-wide review of B-Two Operations Limited, McLuck's grade was lowered to C. Sister brands don't have to carry the same grade, though in practice they tend to move together, and across B-Two's portfolio a pattern of unresolved complaints and inconsistent engagement with mediation had emerged, most acutely at sister brand PlayFame. That action reflected the portfolio's trajectory rather than McLuck's own conduct at the time.
Update (Jul 17, 2026) — Case #114. A Georgia player's $95.24 locked-account case closed unresolved. McLuck acknowledged on July 10 that it was investigating, then went silent past the deadline.
Update (Aug 28, 2026) — Case #278. Another Georgia player reported 89 mail-in entries declined across 14 mailing dates between February 16 and April 28, 2026. Her point was not that she failed a requirement, but that the requirement did not exist when she entered: McLuck's published sweepstakes rules are version 1.9, dated May 5, 2026, while her entries were mailed in February and scanned in March. SweepsGuard asked McLuck on August 10, again on August 11, and again on August 20 which version of the rules those entries were judged against. McLuck sent automated receipts and notices about high request volume, and never answered the question. The case closed unresolved.
The pattern across the mediated cases is consistent, and it is about responsiveness rather than payment. McLuck acknowledges a SweepsGuard approach and then stops replying before addressing the substance. In Case #278 its own investigation team also told the player that her remaining entries had been received and were under review, while entries of identical format from the same batch had already been declined. That contradiction was put to McLuck directly and left unaddressed.
McLuck remains one of the larger and more established platforms in the space, and most players redeem without incident. The grade can recover as B-Two demonstrates consistent dispute resolution across its brands. Players should complete verification early, keep records of redemptions, and note which version of the sweepstakes rules is live on the day they mail an entry.
