Is LukLok Casino legit?

LukLok Casino is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is poor enough that we would not call it a safe pick. Overview

LukLok Casino is a dual-currency sweepstakes casino run by Veloraxy Interactive, Inc., a Delaware company at 8 The Green, Suite A in Dover. No registration number appears on any published page. It launched in July 2026 as a website, and as of October 2026 the website no longer has a lobby. Visiting luklokcasino.com now shows a "Web Version Coming Soon" page that sends players to an iPhone app on the App Store, published by Veloraxy and live since August.

The rules haven't changed since July. Sweeps Coins redeem at one dollar each with a minimum of 100, after being played through once. Redemptions go to Skrill or a mailed check, with a review period of at least seventy-two hours. Play is open to adults 18 and over outside sixteen excluded states: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Washington. The list leaves out Delaware and West Virginia, where enforcement has moved against sweeps play. The operator told us its outside counsel considers both permissible, but we list both as restricted.

Player Reception

There is still very little to go on. LukLok has no Trustpilot profile, and when we searched the sweepstakes communities in September we found no discussion of it. The iPhone app carries a high average rating from a modest number of App Store ratings, but app store ratings on social casino apps say little about redemptions. One player using our SweepsTracker app logged a $400 cash redemption in September, approved about five hours after the request. That is a single self-reported payout, but it is the first sign of the cashier working. We have received no complaints.

Strengths

• Single playthrough. Sweeps Coins only need to be played once before they can be redeemed, the lowest requirement in the category.
• The operator answers questions. When we raised a list of problems in September, LukLok replied within a day, explained its position on each, and named support@luklokcasino.com as the address for player complaints.
• The Terms, Sweeps Policy, Privacy Policy and Invite Friends Terms can all still be read without an account.

Major Issues

• Promised fixes haven't shipped. In September the operator agreed that its Terms cap Florida prizes the wrong way (at $5,000 in aggregate, where its Sweeps Policy applies the cap per spin) and said it would correct the wording. It also said it would fix the footer links that point to a broken page. Five weeks later neither change has been made.
• The responsible-play policy still isn't published. The Terms send players to a separate Responsible Social Gameplay Policy for time-outs, self-exclusion and limits, and that document doesn't exist anywhere on the site. A player who wants to self-exclude is pointed at a policy they can't open.
• We can't test the product. Signup failed for us on the website in September, and the website no longer has a lobby at all. Everything behind the login is unverified: the coin store, the promotions, the redemption screen and the mail-in code generator.

Minor Issues

• The Terms allow one redemption request every 24 hours and the Sweeps Policy says one every 48. The operator explained that the first is how often you can ask and the second is how often it processes, but neither document says so.
• Outside Skrill, the only redemption method is a mailed check that arrives ten days or more after approval.
• The mail-in route pays 2 Sweeps Coins per envelope, a thin return for a handwritten card and postage, and the code it requires can only be generated from inside an account.
• No signup offer is published anywhere we can read, so we can't tell you what a new account gets.

Track Record

LukLok is about three months old. Its legal documents are dated July 16, 2026, the iPhone app went live in August, and the website lobby was gone by October. We have one self-reported payout from a SweepsTracker user and no complaints. The operator has no other brand we can connect it to.

SweepsGuard Status

LukLok is graded. The operator is reachable and the one payout we know of went through quickly, which counts for something. What holds the grade down is that changes it agreed to make in September still haven't been made, its responsible-play policy is still missing, and the product has moved to an app we can't test. Fixing the Terms and publishing the responsible-play policy would go a long way. If you play here, start small and tell us how your first redemption goes.
