No. Lott-O-Fun is closed and blacklisted. It left 3 separate redemption complaints unpaid and unanswered, never disclosed an operating company, and then went dark behind a maintenance page. We advise players to avoid it.
It did not. All 3 cases we handled involved redemptions that were requested and never processed, and players reported that the redeem button itself did not work and that support email went unanswered for weeks. Lott-O-Fun did not respond to any of our mediation attempts.
Document your gameplay, redemption requests, and any support messages. Because no operating entity was ever named on the site or in its terms, there is no company to pursue directly, so the realistic routes are a chargeback through your payment provider and complaints to the FTC and your state Attorney General.
