LetsGo777 Review & Grade Report

Grade: D

Is LetsGo777 legit?

LetsGo777 is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is poor enough that we would not call it a safe pick. SweepsGuard grades it D based on player complaints, operator conduct, and redemption reliability. That grade is our independent assessment, not a guarantee — read the site's own sweepstakes rules and check its complaint history before you deposit.

Overview

LetsGo777 is the third sweepstakes casino from Truessence Inc., the company behind Poly and Jackpot Mesa. Both of those carry low grades with us, and LetsGo777 runs the same redemption setup as Jackpot Mesa almost line for line. The domain was registered in August 2026. The lobby leans on Asia-facing studios such as JILI, PG Soft, TaDa and FaChai, alongside Pragmatic Play and Evolution titles. Sweeps Coins carry a 1x playthrough. Redemption goes to a bank account in your own name, one request every 48 hours and up to three open at once, and can take up to ten business days. Verification can include photo ID, a utility bill and proof of source of funds. The mail-in route pays 2 Sweeps Coins per envelope. Canadian players are eligible outside Quebec and Ontario.

Player Reception

There's nothing to go on yet. LetsGo777 has no Trustpilot profile, and there's nothing on the sweeps or gambling subreddits about LetsGo777 or Truessence, checked against control searches that came back normal. That's expected for a site this new. It puts the weight on Poly, the one Truessence brand with a real record, and that record is split hard: a big block of one-star reviews about redemptions refused or stalled after verification, against a similar block of short five-star notes.

Strengths

  • 1x playthrough on Sweeps Coins
  • Canadian players are eligible, with the excluded provinces named

Major Issues

  • The minimum redemption shows up as three different numbers: 50 Sweeps Coins in one paragraph of the rules, 25 in another, and 55 on the live redeem screen.
  • Better redemption terms have to be bought. VIP points come at 100 per dollar deposited, and the conversion rate, fee and minimum all improve by tier. A player who never buys stays on the worst terms.
  • The documents contradict each other. They set per-spin prize caps for New York, California and New Jersey, which the same documents ban. The Terms let them close an account after 60 idle days, while the rules give coins 180 days. The redeem screen offers gift cards, but the rules say bank only.
  • The mail-in route describes the envelope and card in detail but never gives a mailing address. As written there is nowhere to send it. The only other free route is an online form you have to request from support, and free coins require verification first.
  • The restricted-state list leaves out Indiana, Maine and Tennessee. We've asked the operator to confirm.
  • Poly has two complaints on our books, and both closed unresolved.

Critical Issues

  • Winnings convert at 30%, and no legal document says so. The rules promise $1 per coin redeemed. The redeem screen tells a new account that coins won through gameplay convert at 30%, so 100 coins won is about $30 before fees. A 4.6% fee plus 60 cents comes off the top of that.
  • The footer on every page says LetsGo777 is "licensed and regulated by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement." It's a sweepstakes site that bans New Jersey players in its own rules. That claim is false, and it's on every page a new player sees.

Track Record

Truessence has launched three brands in under a year: Poly in December 2025, Jackpot Mesa in July 2026, and LetsGo777 this fall. Poly drew redemption complaints early and has two unresolved cases with us. LetsGo777 has no payout history of its own yet.

SweepsGuard Status

We'd hold off on this one. The number that decides what you cash out, the 30% conversion, only shows up on the redeem screen after you've bought and played, and the footer claims a gambling license the site doesn't hold. We've written to Truessence about the conversion rate, the three minimums, the missing mail-in address, the license claim and the three missing states, and we'll post what they say. If you play anyway, verify first, keep your balance small, redeem early, and screenshot the rate the redeem screen shows you.
