Taskitt Ltd, a Cyprus corporation, runs KickBack Spins under a software license, with MC Data Solutions LLC of Sunnyvale, Texas as the US-facing sponsor of record. It is a dual-currency sweepstakes site, Gold Coins for standard play and Sweeps Coins for the promotional games. The same operator runs a second brand we track, RedTails VIP Lounge, and the two sit on the same platform closely enough that their excluded-state lists, mail-in value and redemption floor line up exactly. KickBack blocks a wide swathe of the country, twenty-six states with Pennsylvania among them, and it blocks them at the front door rather than at cashout. That is the right way round. It also means the site's own sweepstakes rules cannot be read from an excluded state at all, so parts of this review rest on the operator's published material as relayed rather than a full walkthrough of the live product.
There is very little independent feedback to draw on. KickBack has no Trustpilot profile, and a search across the sweepstakes and gambling communities returns no discussion of the brand in either direction, with a control search in the same batch returning results normally. What we do have is two players who came to us directly. One raised a concern about the game library and reported that the operator closed roughly seventeen of his support tickets without replying; he recovered his money in the end, but only after identifying the operator through public business records and approaching them himself. A second player wrote to us about the mail-in route, having found that the identity code the rules required did not match the format her account actually issued. Neither account is a pattern on its own. Together they describe a support desk that is difficult to get an answer out of.
Thin, and what exists is mixed. One complaint reached us and was withdrawn once the player recovered his money, so there is no adverse ruling on file. But the route to that recovery matters: it did not come from the support desk, it came from the player locating the operator himself. There are no verified redemption reports and no confirmed mail-in credits.
What holds this site back is not its terms, which are ordinary for the category, but the fact that nobody appears to be answering the door. Two of our own approaches have gone unanswered by a mail server that is demonstrably working, one player got his money back only by going around the support desk entirely, and another was left to work out a mail-in requirement that changed while she was following it. The mail-in is genuinely good and the geo-blocking is honest, so this is not a site we would tell you to avoid outright. It is a site where you should get verified early, keep balances well clear of anything you would be upset to lose, and use the free mail-in route to test whether redemptions arrive before you spend money finding out.
