Is Juwa City legit?

Overview

Juwa City comes from Uptown LLC, the Nevada company behind Uptownsweeps, which already sits low in our ratings. The two sites run the same Sweepstakes Rules template word for word, down to the list of excluded states. On the surface it's a standard Gold Coin and Sweep Coin setup. But the lobby is built around a "Juwacity Special" section of fish-table apps: Juwa, Orion Stars, Game Vault, Ultra Panda, V Blink, River Pay and others. The domain was registered in February 2026. Redemption is by card or bank transfer with a 100 SC minimum. Players in CA, CT, DE, ID, LA, MI, MT, NV, NJ, NY, TN and WA are excluded, and Canada is not eligible.

Player Reception

There's no independent record yet. The Trustpilot profile is unclaimed with no reviews, and searches of the main sweeps and gambling communities on Reddit found nothing on Juwa City or its sister site. Whether it pays is unknown.

Critical Issues

• Sweep Coins can leave the site for outside fish-table apps. Clicking Play on one of those titles creates a login for the player on that third-party app and opens a panel to deposit coins from the Juwa City wallet into it and redeem them back. These are the same apps usually sold through unlicensed "agent" networks. The account history even has a separate "Chinese Transactions" ledger for them. Neither the Sweepstakes Rules nor the Terms mention these apps, say who runs them, or explain what happens to coins sent there.
• There's no usable free entry. The Terms say free entry methods are "set out in the Sweepstakes Rules," but the rules describe no mail-in route. The footer's "Free Entry" button opens a faucet that only works when your balance is zero.

Major Issues

• The minimum redemption is 100 SC, on the high side.
• The redeem form requires a bank statement for the account used to buy coins, even on a first cashout.
• The footer still carries template text calling the site "Sweeps Casino," not Juwa City.

Track Record

The site is about seven months old, with no documented payouts and no complaints yet. Its sister site, Uptownsweeps, is rated low over reports of pirated games and a questionable payment processor.
