Jumanza Review & Grade Report

Grade: Under Review

Is Jumanza legit?

Jumanza is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but SweepsGuard has not finished grading it yet. We are still gathering player complaints and redemption evidence, so treat it cautiously and keep balances small until a grade is published.

Overview

Jumanza is the third brand from AU.RUM TECH LAB LTD, the Cyprus company behind CoinsMania and MySweepz, and it runs on the same platform and the same rulebook as both. Neither sister has much of a payout record yet, so the family connection tells players more about how Jumanza is set up than about how it pays. The site is open to players 21 and older outside 18 restricted states, sells Gold Coin packs that come with bonus Super Coins (its name for Sweeps Coins), and takes card payments through Ventura Labs LLC as a payment agent. Its official rules say Super Coins won in play can be redeemed for cash and prizes from 25 SC, after playing them through once. A free mail-in entry exists, but it credits only 1 Super Coin per envelope.

Player Reception

There is almost nothing to go on yet. Jumanza's Trustpilot page has a single short negative review with no detail, we found no Reddit discussion of the brand, and there are no redemption reports, payout times or complaint history to draw on. Until real players report cashing out, treat every advertised feature as unproven.

Current Highlights

  • On paper, Super Coins only need to be played through once before they count toward a redemption.
  • The rules set a 25 SC redemption minimum, low for the category, though we could not confirm it on a working redeem screen (more on that below).

Areas to Watch

  • We could not find a way to redeem. A signed-in account showed no Redeem option anywhere, and the site's own settings had redemptions switched off for that account. Its sister MySweepz reportedly requires a purchase before redemptions unlock, and we have asked Jumanza whether the same applies here.
  • The Terms and the rules contradict each other. The Terms of Use say there is no chance to win real money or any prize and that coins have no cash value, while the Award Rules say Super Coins can be redeemed for cash. The Award Rules and the mail-in instructions are not linked from the site's footer, so most players will only ever see the Terms.
  • Cashing out is slow by design. The rules generally limit redemptions to $25 per day, allow one request every five days, reserve the right to charge processing fees, and let the operator refund a purchase instead of paying a prize.
  • Free coins are capped. Winnings from most free Super Coin sources (sign-up, daily bonuses, wheel spins, referrals and the mail-in) can only be redeemed up to $25 in total per account, and certain promotional coins up to $50.
  • The 1 SC mail-in entry, sent to a Wyoming mailbox, is not worth the stamp as a free route.
  • The rules let the operator disqualify a player over social media comments "directly aimed at" the company.

Track Record

Jumanza is new in 2026; its Terms of Use are version 1.0, dated March 19, 2026. There is no payout history yet, and the operator's two other brands are only a few months further along.

SweepsGuard Status

Jumanza is under review. Before we grade it, we want the operator to confirm whether and how Super Coins can be redeemed and why the Terms say there are no prizes, and we want to see the first independent reports of players actually getting paid.
