3 published complaints: 1 resolved for the player, 2 unresolved (2 no response).
On the record we hold, sometimes. A $751 redemption was released in full roughly twelve hours after the player escalated it. A separate $300 crypto redemption was never paid at all, while a $150 card redemption the same player requested on the same day arrived normally. So there is evidence of Jolly Sweeps paying, and evidence of it leaving money stuck with no explanation attached.
We cannot tell you, and on the case we handled neither could the player. A Wisconsin player sat on under review for weeks with a redeemable balance behind it, and he was holding an email from Jolly Sweeps telling him the verification was already complete. Two of the operator's own systems were saying different things and there was no route to ask which was right. Support returned the same holding line each time he wrote. If this is happening to you, screenshot the account screen and keep any message that says your verification is finished, because that contradiction is the case.
That is the question we put to them, and it is the one they did not answer. When an operator pays one leg of a same-day request and holds the other, the usual explanations fall away, because verification, eligibility and account standing would each have stopped both. What is left is something specific to that single transaction or to the rail it was sent on, which in the case we handled was a crypto address rather than a card. Only the operator can say which it was.
Not to us. Jolly Sweeps has never replied to a SweepsGuard mediation request on any case, across every email we have sent since July, with no response, no acknowledgment and not even a bounce. On the one case where the player was paid, the payment happened independently of our approach rather than because of it. An operator that pays but will not engage is a better bet than one that does neither, and a worse bet than one that does both.
Complete verification first, then work out whether the hold sits with the casino or with the payment provider, because on one case we handled it was the provider's automated support and that is a different problem with a different fix. Save everything: the account screen, any email saying your verification is complete, and every support reply. If you requested more than one redemption and only part of it arrived, say so when you report it, because a partial payment rules out verification and account standing as the cause and makes the case far easier to press. If it stays stuck, file a complaint and we will take it to them.
