Grade: F
No — SweepsGuard lists Jackpotable as blacklisted and does not recommend playing there. SweepsGuard grades it F based on player complaints, operator conduct, and redemption reliability. That grade is our independent assessment, not a guarantee — read the site's own sweepstakes rules and check its complaint history before you deposit.
Of the brands in this operator group, Jackpotable has the longest paper trail — player complaints stretch back to November 2025 and describe the same mechanic month after month without variation. The site is a dual-currency sweepstakes casino with an undisclosed owner: no company, registration number, corporate address or support email appears in anything it publishes. Its game artwork is served from icon.dollarmills.com, the asset host of Dollar Mills, which SweepsGuard has already blacklisted. The homepage carries a "Deposit to unlock" prompt on the redemption path. Its footer excludes California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, New York and Tennessee in wording identical to its siblings, says nothing about Canadian players, and the terms never state what redemption methods, minimums or fees apply.
The headline rating is propped up by a review flow that is entirely invitation-driven, with a large share of accounts that have posted exactly once. The profile is unclaimed, so no complaint has ever been answered. Filter to the lowest ratings and the pattern is unmistakable. One player states it plainly: the app told them they had to deposit to unlock redemption, and when they deposited, their winnings disappeared. Another warns that the operator will take your money and you will not be able to redeem no matter how much you deposit, adding that generous bonuses cost the operator nothing and cost the player everything in the attempt to cash them out. Others describe redemptions canceled after days of waiting and then reset to the beginning, support replying with the same line indefinitely, and an account locked without any reason given after a payout was requested. One player reports having already filed with the FTC. In a January 2026 review, a player was told after depositing that they could not play because of a California shutdown — the excuse arriving only once the money was in.
Jackpotable has been operating since at least late 2025, which makes it the most documented brand in this group after Sweep777 — and the documentation is almost entirely of players not being paid. Complaints from November 2025, and from February, March, April and May 2026, describe the same sequence with only the amounts changing. Nothing in that record shows the operator adjusting course; the replies players quote are interchangeable across months. The brand shares its build with JackpotZap and SnagPrize down to the asset path convention, and shares an operator with seven other blacklisted brands. Against nine months of consistent non-payment reports, we can find no credible account of a completed redemption.
We strongly recommend avoiding this casino. Jackpotable is on the SweepsGuard Blacklist. Do not register, do not purchase coins, and do not submit identity documents. The evidence here is not thin or inferential — it is nine months of players describing, in their own words, being asked to pay in order to collect and then not being paid. If you are already holding a balance, our guide at sweepsguard.com/casino-wont-pay sets out what to do in the order most likely to work, and you can report the platform to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. If you would like our help with an unresolved redemption, contact us directly. Given a sustained pattern of taking deposits against winnings that are never released, we would treat any application for reassessment as requiring full restitution to affected players before anything else is considered.
