Grade: D
Jackpot Daily is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is poor enough that we would not call it a safe pick. SweepsGuard grades it D based on player complaints, operator conduct, and redemption reliability. That grade is our independent assessment, not a guarantee — read the site's own sweepstakes rules and check its complaint history before you deposit.
Jackpot Daily is a recently launched sweepstakes casino that has encountered significant operational challenges since its debut. While the platform appears to offer standard casino-style games, multiple technical and customer service issues have created substantial barriers for players attempting to use basic site functions.
Player reception has been overwhelmingly negative, with a deeply negative Trustpilot score and the substantial majority of feedback being 1-star complaints. The consistent pattern of negative feedback centers around fundamental operational failures that prevent players from accessing core platform features. The review sample is no longer small, and the complaint pattern has held as it has grown, which makes the negative picture harder to dismiss as early-launch noise.
As a newly launched platform, Jackpot Daily has no established operational history to evaluate. However, early performance indicators suggest the site may have launched before critical systems were fully tested and operational. The operator information is not readily accessible, making it difficult to assess the company's background or gaming industry experience.
This is not a casino we currently recommend. Serious operational problems prevent basic platform functionality. While we recognize this is a newer site that may address these issues over time, the current state presents significant risks for players. The systematic redemption failures, technical errors, and customer service problems create substantial barriers to normal platform use. We recommend players exercise extreme caution and consider established alternatives until these fundamental operational issues are resolved.
Update (September 2026) The first complaint against Jackpot Daily closed unresolved on September 15, 2026. A Minnesota player was blocked from a $100 redemption after the redemption option was removed from her account and support told her verification documents were missing. She says she is already verified and has redeemed there before, and the only upload link she was ever sent had expired by the time she found it. Jackpot Daily replied to SweepsGuard the same day, which is faster than most, and declined to discuss the account with a third party, directing the player to contact their support address directly. We passed that route to her. With the operator unwilling to discuss the account at all, there was no mediation available to run.
