It has paid at least once, and that case is published alongside the others rather than buried. The concern is the pattern around redemption: accounts frozen at the point of payout and balances left unexplained. Our most recent case had a redemption marked failed and the account locked with no resolution.
In our published case the operator gave two different grounds in a single sentence, that the player had entered an invalid withdrawal payment account or that there was abnormal behavior in his play. Those are not the same accusation and he was never told which applied. Asked directly which one it was, the operator did not reply. If you get the same email, save it: the contradiction inside it is the most useful evidence you have.
