3 published complaints: 3 unresolved (2 no response, 1 operator unreachable).
Gods N Gold grades F on SweepsGuard and we do not recommend it. Of the 3 published complaints, 3 closed unresolved with no payment to the player. The operator is named (GodsNGold ENT of Las Vegas, Nevada), but naming an entity is not the same as answering for it, and it has not answered us.
This is the core problem with the site. Gods N Gold publishes no support email address anywhere, and the domain carries no MX record, so mail sent to it cannot be delivered by anyone regardless of the address used. The only channel is a live chat widget, and it is configured to stay hidden from visitors who are not signed in, so a player locked out of an account may not see any contact option at all. There is no way to create a written record of what you are told.
Not in our experience. SweepsGuard contacted the operator on August 10, 2026 through the live chat on its own website, since no email route exists. The message was delivered and shown as awaiting a team member, so it reached them. No reply of any kind was received.
Not as the rules are currently written. Section 13.2 of the terms limits winnings from promotional credits to $20, section 13.1 defines promotional credits to include mail-in entries, and the published minimum redemption is $50. A player entering only by the free method is capped below the threshold needed to withdraw. The official rules also still give the mailing address as an unfilled placeholder, so the entry cannot be completed as published.
Do not add funds. Request your redemption, screenshot every step including the confirmation and your balance, and save the live chat transcript before you close the window, because it is the only written record available. Then file a report with SweepsGuard at sweepsguard.com and we will take it as far as the available channels allow.
