Goated.us Review & Grade Report

Grade: Under Review

Is Goated.us legit?

Goated.us is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but SweepsGuard has not finished grading it yet. We are still gathering player complaints and redemption evidence, so treat it cautiously and keep balances small until a grade is published.

Overview

Goated.us is the US sweepstakes arm of Goated, a crypto casino brand that runs goated.com offshore under an Anjouan license and turns away US players. Goated.com sends Americans here and calls it "our site for US players." The sweepstakes sponsor is a separate company, Goated Ventures Inc., a Nevada corporation with a Las Vegas address, so the offshore site's history does not carry over automatically. The site is still labeled beta. It runs Gold Coins for social play and Sweeps Coins that redeem at 1 SC to $1. The lobby has slots from outside studios plus a set of in-house games like dice, limbo, mines, plinko and keno, which the site says are provably fair. Redemptions start at 100 SC and go to a bank account or the card you bought with, with crypto listed as an option. Expect full verification before your first cashout: the rules allow for photo ID, a face scan, proof of address and an SSN check. Free Sweeps Coins come from a sign-up bonus, a daily bonus, daily and weekly races, and a mail-in request worth 1 SC per card. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after you last play with them. Play is open in 24 states plus DC; 26 states are excluded, Pennsylvania and Florida among them. Canadian players are not eligible.

Player Reception

There is nothing to go on yet. Goated.us has no Trustpilot page, and we found no Reddit threads about it. The offshore goated.com draws mostly positive Trustpilot reviews, with a noticeable share of 1-star complaints, but that is a different company serving a different market. We will not treat its reviews as evidence for this site.

Current Highlights

Free Sweeps Coins only need to be played through once before they can be redeemed, and coins won in play carry no further playthrough.
If you close your account, including for self-exclusion, the terms say any eligible Sweeps Coins you already won stay redeemable.
The site advertises crypto redemptions alongside bank payouts. We have not seen a redemption go through either way yet.

Areas to Watch

No payout record. The site is in beta and we have no confirmed redemptions yet.
The sign-up bonus and daily bonus amounts are not shown anywhere before you register, so you cannot see what you are getting until you sign up.
The terms say a redemption fee may apply and will be shown when you request one. They also give no processing time, allow one redemption request per 24 hours, and let the site pay a large win in pieces over several days.
The state list is long. 26 states are excluded, well beyond the usual sweeps exclusions, so check yours before you buy anything.
The mail-in entry pays 1 SC per card, which is low for the postage and handwriting involved.
The X and Telegram links in the footer point to the bare homepages of those sites, not to Goated accounts.

Track Record

Goated.us has no history of its own yet. The domain has been registered since 2022, but the sweepstakes site is still in beta, and its rules and terms were last updated in late September 2026. The Goated name has been around longer through the offshore site, which we do not review.

SweepsGuard Status

Goated.us is under review. The rules read cleanly and cover everything we would expect, but there are no paid redemptions to judge yet. We have asked the operator about the bonus amounts, redemption fees and payout timing, and we will set a grade once we see players getting paid or hear back.
