GiddyUp was a real-money horse-racing site, not a sweepstakes casino. KHK Games, Inc. ran it under an advance-deposit wagering license held by AmWest and regulated by the Oregon Racing Commission. The games looked like slots, but each result came from a real horse race. Players deposited US dollars and were paid out in cash. Because it ran under horse-racing law, it was open to players 21 and older in California and New York, where sweepstakes casinos are banned. It launched in spring 2026 and was still in beta.
GiddyUp's record was short. No player filed a complaint with us, and its Trustpilot reviews were few and mostly one-star.

You can, but GiddyUp is closed, so there is usually nobody left to answer and unpaid balances are rarely recovered.
