2 published complaints: 2 unresolved (1 no response, 1 operator declined to engage).
Fliff is a venture-backed US sweepstakes sportsbook rather than an offshore operation, and it grades D on SweepsGuard. We have published 2 player complaints against it, together covering roughly $46,263, and both closed unresolved. The pattern worth knowing is the contrast between them. On a $4,000 dispute Fliff replied within three days with a real position rather than boilerplate, which most operators never do. On a $42,262.89 dispute raised days later, they did not reply at all.
Fliff does pay. One of our published cases concerns an account that had already taken two successful $5,000 withdrawals before it was terminated. What our record shows is what can happen to a large balance once Fliff decides an account is not legitimate. In that case $42,262.89 has been locked since October 2025 on an account-sharing finding the player says he has never been shown any evidence for, while Fliff left the social product playable on the same balance and issued him a 1099-MISC reporting it as income. His attorney served a Notice of Dispute in June 2026 under Fliff's own arbitration clause and reports no substantive answer since. We make no finding on whether the termination was justified, because Fliff declined to engage with any of our questions.
