DimeSweeps reviewed the account, identified a duplicate account linked to the same player, and cited the prohibition on multiple accounts in its terms as the basis for the action taken. On the documentation available, SweepsGuard found no operator violation. The case will be reopened if the player supplies evidence contradicting that finding.
