Update (July 2026): Case #162 (a player from Alabama, $3,000 in redemptions) closed Resolved — No Violation Found. DimeSweeps reviewed the account, identified a duplicate account linked to the same player, and cited the prohibition on multiple accounts in its terms as the basis for the action taken. On the documentation available, SweepsGuard found no operator violation. The case will be reopened if the player supplies evidence contradicting that finding.
Update (Aug 3, 2026) — Case #253. A player from Texas filed a $1,000 redemption dispute. DimeSweeps released the redemption roughly ten minutes after the player told them a SweepsGuard complaint had been opened — before our mediation email was sent. The player confirmed the money arrived in full, and the case closed Resolved in the Player's Favor. Worth noting on both sides of the ledger: the payout should not have required a complaint to trigger it, but the operator did move immediately once one existed.
