1 published complaint: 1 unresolved (1 operator declined to engage).
We have published 1 complaint against Crash Duel. Cases on file: #220.
They do reply, which is more than many operators manage — but replying is not the same as answering. In our case on file, Crash Duel engaged twice and asked us for the player's account details, received them the same day, and then declined to address any of the substantive questions, pointing back to an email they said the player already had.
A redemption that does not complete, followed by a suspicious-activity lock on the account. The sequencing is what players find hardest to accept: the lock landing immediately after they escalated the delay.
Screenshot the redemption record with its date and status before anything changes, and save every support message in full. If the account is later locked, the timeline you captured is the strongest thing you will have, and it is the first thing we ask for when we open mediation.
