Courtside is a phone app, on iOS and Android, that combines social sports picks with a casino of around 100 games. It's run by Courtside Games, Inc., 169 Madison Ave, New York. Courtside Coins are for fun play and Courtside Cash is the sweeps currency. Redemptions start at 50 Courtside Cash, which is $50, and play-through is 1x. Winnings from free picks have to be played through once, at odds of -300 or longer. Payouts go to a debit card, bank account, Venmo or PayPal, and same-day bank transfers cost $1. The Official Rules let Courtside limit you to one redemption request every seven days, and let it require Courtside Cash to be played up to 20 times before it can be redeemed. The mail-in route pays 5 Courtside Cash per request, up to 50 requests per period, sent to a PO box in Watertown, New York. The rules exclude California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington.
Courtside's Trustpilot page is overwhelmingly five-star, with praise for the app and for payouts. The one-star reviews are a small share with a common thread: accounts suspended or restricted, one after a player logged in on a partner's phone and one after a $600 win on player props. Others complain about free-bet winnings having to be replayed, an ID photo rejected at cashout, and a redemption stuck in processing. Courtside almost never replies to negative reviews.
Courtside launched in early 2026 and no complaint has been filed with us. On August 5 a number of players reported accounts suspended within about a day of a promotion, with at least one told it was promotional abuse. We wrote to Courtside on August 6 asking what conduct was identified and how players can contest it. We followed up in September. Both answers came from its AI support agent, which said a suspended player can email support@courtside.app and that suspensions are reviewed by hand. No one has explained the August 5 wave. Enforcing promotion terms can be legitimate, but players should be told which rule they broke.
A good option with one thing to watch. Read the conditions on any promotion before you claim it, including how you're allowed to play it, and screenshot them. Treat a balance as yours once it lands in your account. If your account is suspended with money in it, send us what support told you and we'll take it to Courtside.
