Coins Royale opened in October 2025 and is run by NiyaSG LLC, a Delaware company in Wilmington. It uses Gold Coins for free play (the old Fun Coins were converted) and Sweeps Coins for prizes. The library is mostly slots, and the rules now cover live casino games too, though those don't count toward playthrough. The state list is long. Players in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah and Washington can't take part. Gift cards start at 50 SC and cash at 100 SC, with one request a day and up to 10 days to pay. Cash redemptions may carry a processing fee. The mail-in pays 3 SC per envelope, and it has to be postmarked from the state on your account. To verify, Coins Royale asks for a valid government photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, military ID or permanent resident card) and proof of address. Utility bills, bank or card statements, government letters, payslips and insurance documents need to be from the last 3 months. A lease, IRS notice or mortgage statement can be up to 12 months old.

Player Reception

Trustpilot sentiment is mixed, on a small number of reviews. Players who like it mention quick payouts and live chat staffed by people. The complaints are mostly about verification and location. Two recent reviewers say their redemptions were held because they had played away from home. Coins Royale says those holds are routine checks and that one of them was paid after the player answered. Coins Royale replies to nearly every negative review with account details and a next step.

Major Issues

Case #105 closed unresolved. An Oregon player had $160 stuck because the site kept rejecting her ID. Coins Royale replied to us twice. It said she had not sent an acceptable ID and that the balance had since been played away, but it never said which ID it would accept.

Minor Issues

The excluded-state list is longer than most sites'.
Redemptions can be held while the site checks where you played. Playing from outside your home state, even on a trip, can trigger it.
The site is less than a year old and has few reviews.
