8 published complaints: 8 unresolved (8 no response).
Chanced is a functioning sweepstakes casino from Gold Coin Group LLC with a large game library, but it grades D on SweepsGuard: all 8 player complaints on record closed unresolved after the operator did not respond to mediation.
Routine redemptions appear to process, but when disputes arise Chanced has not engaged. Verification lockouts, account closures and uncredited mail-in entries have closed unresolved, and as of October 2026 the operator had not answered a single SweepsGuard approach. Complete verification early, favor purchased Sweeps Coins over bonus SC, and document every redemption and AMOE entry.
