CapySpin is a 2026 sweepstakes casino run by Capy Holdings Inc of Las Vegas, and it grades C on SweepsGuard. Redemptions came through in our own testing, but there's very little public feedback yet. Our first published case, from September 2026, started as a $500 withdrawal rejected for lack of redemption history. CapySpin missed our deadline but later worked with the player, and by mid-October smaller $100 redemptions had started to pay.
In the case we published, support said the player needed more redemption history before a $500 request could go through. If that happens to you, ask support in writing what history is required and how long it takes, leave smaller requests pending rather than canceling them, and screenshot each request date.
