Candy Coins Complaints & Payout Disputes

1 published complaint: 1 resolved for the player.

Is Candy Coins legit?

Candy Coins is graded D by SweepsGuard. We hold 1 published complaint, and the money did reach the player in the end. The grade is about what happened around that. The operator replied three times with the same automated line saying the request had been resolved, naming neither the transaction nor the amount, and the case closed unresolved before the player sorted it out himself. Separately, a reviewer describes a responsible-gaming spend limit that support confirmed and the operator later said it had no record of. The operator has not answered that one publicly.

Does Candy Coins pay out?

On the record we hold, yes, but not on the first attempt and not with any explanation along the way. A $140 redemption was debited from a player balance and did not arrive. An attempt to send it failed at his bank, he resubmitted it himself, and he was paid in full. Nobody told him any of that while it was happening. Other players publicly reported redemptions stalled during the same period, after the operator had said the problem was fixed. Complete verification early, keep the transaction number for every redemption, and chase in writing rather than waiting.

What should I watch out for at Candy Coins?

Two things. The terms say restricted states will be listed in the terms and then name none, while still reserving the right to void balances and close accounts of players who log in from one. And if you use the responsible-gaming tools, screenshot every limit request and every confirmation you receive, because a player has publicly reported a confirmed limit later being denied. Also note a redemption already pending when you start a self-exclusion or break will not be processed, so cash out first.
