Bracco grades C on SweepsGuard. The complaint record is small, at 2 published complaints to date, and it shows an access and terms problem rather than a payment one, with an operator that did not reply when we asked about it. Two other things weigh on the grade: promotional Bracco Cash carries 5x sports and 20x casino playthrough by default, and only one redemption is processed every five days. We hold no report of Bracco refusing to pay a player.
We do not know, and that is the finding. A player from Iowa reported entering the passphrase correctly and having it refused, which left him unable to complete a free entry at all. SweepsGuard asked Bracco twice what the form validates a passphrase against, whether the rejection was a known fault, and what a player should do when a correct entry is refused. Neither email drew an answer. If it happens to you, screenshot the form with your entry and the error visible, note the date and time, and keep it. A free entry route that will not accept a valid submission is the same thing as the route not existing.

It is worth separating from the payment question: we hold no report of Bracco refusing to pay a player, and its no-winner-ban policy still stands in its favor.
