1 published complaint: 1 unresolved (1 no response).
Bracco grades B on SweepsGuard, which puts it among the better-rated sites we track, and its connection to an established operator plus a no-winner-ban policy are real points in its favor. The complaint record is small, at 1 published complaint to date. What that record shows is an access problem rather than a payment one, and an operator that did not reply when we asked about it.
We do not know, and that is the finding. A player from Iowa reported entering the passphrase correctly and having it refused, which left him unable to complete a mail-in entry at all. SweepsGuard asked Bracco twice what the form validates a passphrase against, whether the rejection was a known fault, and what a player should do when a correct entry is refused. Neither email drew an answer. If it happens to you, screenshot the form with your entry and the error visible, note the date and time, and keep it. A free entry route that will not accept a valid submission is the same thing as the route not existing.
