Bink Complaints & Payout Disputes

2 published complaints: 1 resolved for the player, 1 no violation found.

Is Bink legit?

Bink is an operating sweepstakes casino and grades C on SweepsGuard. It holds 2 published complaints: 1 closed with no violation found after the operator answered every question and showed the decision predated our approach, and 1 closed in the player's favor after the operator identified its own error and reversed a block the same evening we raised it. Bink engages with mediation more readily than most operators we deal with, and has twice corrected or explained rather than deflected.

Does Bink pay out?

SweepsGuard has no published Bink case involving an unpaid redemption. Both complaints on file concerned account bans with no redeemable balance attached, so they tell you nothing about payout speed in either direction. Bink is a newer platform and a confirmed player redemption record is still what is missing.

Can Bink ban you for collecting the daily bonus?

The August 2026 terms do make collecting free credits without playing them a terminable offense, and the free daily allowance now decays unless the account purchases, so read the current terms rather than the promotional display. In the one case where a player was banned on that ground and complained, the operator reviewed it and said the ban had been applied in error to the wrong account, then restored access. If it happens to you, ask which clause was applied and raise it, because it may not have been intended.
