We have blacklisted Big Shot Games (grade F) and recommend against buying coins there. Since August 2026 players have reported redemptions paid late or not at all, canceled requests and closed accounts. Our first published case is a Pennsylvania player owed $592 for close to three months, after support canceled his request and told him to submit it again. Big Shot only sent automated acknowledgments.
Some players do get paid, but late payment and nonpayment are the main complaint in recent reviews and in the cases filed with us. If you have money waiting, keep every request date and support reply, don't cancel a pending redemption, and file a complaint with us.
