A re-read of the published terms on August 27, 2026 found the earlier faults corrected: the sweepstakes rules and terms are fully drafted with no template placeholders, a working mail-in entry route with a real Wyoming address is published, the operating entity is named as a Wyoming LLC, and dedicated compliance and responsible-play contacts are listed. What still weighs against it is a Trustpilot listing removed by Trustpilot for a guidelines breach, which leaves no independent public record of how players are treated, a restricted-state list that leaves the site open where sweeps carries real legal exposure, and a very short track record. In the 1 case we mediated, yes. A player had 68.09 SC voided from his balance after a cashout. Betzy first gave three separate explanations, withdrew two of them as incorrect, then cited Section 7 of their published Withdrawal Policy as authority for voiding the rest. We read Section 7 and it did not support that. Betzy withdrew the citation rather than defending it and credited the 68.09 SC back in full on August 20, 2026.
Yes, and better than most. They answered every message during mediation, corrected their own stated position twice when shown it was wrong, and paid without being pushed to a deadline. They also told us the withdrawal policy was being rewritten so the wording matched actual practice. Withdrawing an incorrect citation is uncommon and it is the reason this case closed the way it did.
Ask them which specific clause authorizes it and get the answer in writing, then read the clause yourself.
