Four cases are on the SweepsGuard record and the pattern in them is consistent: small amounts clear, large amounts stall, and mediation is what unsticks them. Two closed in the player's favor, one was cleared after the operator produced a full transaction log, and one was only partially paid.
Approach with caution. The unpaid balance on the partially-resolved case and the purchase restriction keep BangCoins below a middle-of-the-road option, and the grade reflects how reliable getting paid has been rather than how the site plays. Responsiveness to mediation is the part of the record that has improved. A sustained run of on-time redemptions at the high end would be needed to recover.
Documented SweepsGuard cases: Case #24 (a player from Nebraska, $500 redemption) closed Resolved in the player's favor after BangCoins confirmed the payment had processed and explained a related chat restriction. Case #73 (a player from Florida, about $1,700) closed Resolved as partial: one $300 increment cleared after mediation, but the operator stopped engaging before the balance was paid.
Update (July 2026): Case #127 (a player from Minnesota, about $4,350) closed with no violation found. BangCoins answered mediation with a full transaction history and the player independently confirmed the key fact, that the disputed $3,000 redemption was canceled by her rather than by the operator, after it had sat unprocessed for roughly two weeks. Smaller redemptions were paid before and after, and the balance remained available. No withholding was established. The two-week delay on the large request stands as the fair criticism. BangCoins applies enhanced review at $600 and above, which can stretch high-value timelines well beyond what players expect.
Update (August 2026): Case #348 (a player from Massachusetts) closed Resolved in the player's favor. She was paid part of a win and the rest sat nine days with no explanation. BangCoins replied to mediation within half an hour, said the request had been held for routine pre-processing review and that one request had been canceled before completion, and escalated the account to compliance. The player confirmed payment the same day. The figures initially did not line up between the two accounts. BangCoins then supplied the account's full redemption history on request, and it reconciles: three redemptions completed, 200.00 on August 22 and 100.00 and 280.00 on August 29, taking a 595.17 opening balance to 0.08. The 380.00 request recorded as canceled was re-submitted as the last two, which is why it never appears as a completed payment. Producing primary records on request rather than restating a position is uncommon and is recorded in the operator's favor.
