Baba Casino is the sweepstakes venture of Baba Entertainment Ltd, the studio behind the social-casino app Baba Wild Slots, which brought it to market in late 2024; payments are processed by its subsidiary Baba Global Inc of Bonita Springs, Florida. Baba Box, a mystery-box store, is now live. You buy Box Tokens, open a box, and get Gold Coins or a physical or digital item valued at or above the box price. Current boxes cover graded Pokemon cards, watches, designer bags, jewelry and tech, and promotions can include a free box. An item you win can be shipped to you or sold back for Box Tokens. When we tried it, the sell-back paid in Box Tokens, not Sweeps Coins. Box Tokens only open more boxes and can't be cashed out. Shipping an item can require the same identity checks as a Sweeps Coin redemption. Baba Box has its own state list: it excludes Nevada, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana and Washington, which is not the same as the sweepstakes exclusions. Baba hasn't said whether the Box is open in states where Sweeps Coin play is closed.

Players frequently praise the fun and accessible game library, generous daily login bonuses, and the fact that redemptions do pay out, including larger amounts in the $200 to $600 range, and commend the support team for being responsive and friendly by email. Case #249, August 2026: a Texas player said Baba never paid a $200 withdrawal, with support repeating the same holding answer and then stopping. Baba told us it could not discuss the account without proper authorization, so we offered exactly that in writing, from the player's registered account address, and invited Baba to name any other form it required. Its reply took up none of it and disclosed nothing. Closed Unresolved, Refused.
Case #468, October 2026: an Arizona player's $300 redemption, requested September 22, was held after Baba said a second account shared his phone number. That account was opened months after his, and its owner says she never got into it. We passed that along and asked what linked the two. Baba did not reply by the October 16 deadline. Closed Unresolved, No Response.
