1 published complaint: 1 unresolved (1 no response).
Not in the case we published. We wrote to Amazon Jackpots on August 10 and received nothing back at all, not even an automated acknowledgment, across the full five business days we allow. Their sibling brands at least issued ticket receipts, so the total silence here stood out even against the operator own other brands.
The operator never said. The complaint we published involved an account suspended with a balance still inside it, and no reason was given to the player or to us at any point.
It is one of several brands run by the same company. The player whose case we published had accounts at Amazon Jackpots and two sibling brands suspended on the same day, and we raised all three together in a single approach to the operator.
Screenshot the balance, the redemption request and your support messages while you still have access, and leave a disputed balance alone until the case is finished. You can file a free complaint with SweepsGuard, and sweepsguard.com/casino-wont-pay walks through the escalation ladder in the order we recommend.
